Aspen Bolete Mushrooms

Typically found hanging around in aspen groves, pretending to be boring, the Aspen Bolete's mild taste and aroma is concentrated by dehydrating, bringing out a much richer mushroom flavour. The sturdy stem will require more cooking time than the softer cap, so remember to add it to the pan first if you're going to saute these deceptively tasty mushrooms.
