If the Jumbo Morel is the rock star of mushrooms, the Golden Chanterelle is the diva. A flamboyant yellow colour makes them stand out in the forest, and their mild, nutty taste can be extravagantly adorned with the flavour and fragrance of apricots in some species. Shameless.
