Porcini ​Mushrooms (King Bolete)

Porcini mushrooms are often described as nutty and earthy, with a meaty flavour and texture.  Dried porcini add a deep, mushroom flavor to broths or sauces and, once rehydrated, have a pleasant texture.  Pumped up with protein, they outmuscle most plant sources, with the exception of soybeans.
