Wild Mushroom Blend Powder

So, maybe our Wild Mushroom Bits aren't quite concentrated enough for you.  Well, why not try our select 6-mushroom blend in powdered form?  Frequently sold as health supplements, powdered mushrooms intensify both nutrients and flavour in a convenient, economical form that's incredibly versatile. Use it in all the suggested recipes for our Bits, plus anywhere you require a finer product, such as mixing with flour for pasta-making and baking.  Some caution is required, since this product comes dangerously close to achieving critical flavour mass.  Use too much, and boom!  A mushroom cloud of rich aroma and flavour will fill your kitchen, escape through your window, and attract neighbors and passersby.  Which is fine, if you've got enough to go around. If not, be prepared to discourage visitors, perhaps with a large dog or sharp stick.
