Yellow Foot Mushrooms (Winter Chanterelles)

Stronger, but less fruity, than the Golden Chanterelle, chefs prize the Yellow Foot for its buttery taste, delicate texture, and sunny disposition.  This small mushroom adds a big splash of colour and flavour.  Good things, small packages, and all that.
